How many magicboxes do I need?
A. Generally you only need one per house. Regardless of
how many phones are in the house, you simply plug it into
any phone jack and it will "listen" to see if
any phone in the house dials a long distance call. Call
must start with 1 or 011. (EG. Call to New York would be
1-212-439-3500)

How do I know its working?
A. When you make your long distance call you should here
some tones and then "my magicbox is searching for the
lowest rate...please wait". If you do not here this
please disconnect the box and call Customer Care immediately
at 1-866-790-1390
Q.
How do I connect my magicbox after I have received it?
- Locate any telephone
outlet/jack in your home
- Plug my magicbox
into telephone jack with supplied short telephone cord.
The cord can be plugged into any of the two plugs in my
magicbox. If you do not have a unused telephone jack,
you can use the second phone plug in my magicbox to power
your phone as well
- Connect my magicbox
to the included power supply, and plug the power supply
to the a power outlet.
- Green light should
turn on and stay lit.
Q. Is there a monthly fee for using my
magicbox?
A. NO. If you are paying a monthly fee now to your existing
long distance comapny, you can certainly cancel their service.

I have DSL (High Speed Internet) on my phone line.
A. No problem. my magicbox functions just like a regular
telephone. You may need a "filter" for my magicbox
that is provided my your DSL company. If your existing phones
don't require a filter, then you do not need one for my
magicbox.

If my magicbox searches from many comapnies...will I get
a bill from all of them?
A. NO. my magicbox consolidates all your calls for you on
a single bill. You will see details of all your calls and
the savings based on each company

What will my bill look like? Will I see the savings?

Q. What if
my magicbox is stolen, can anyone use it?
A. NO. my magicbox is is registered to your particular phone
number. Moving it will require the unit to be re-registered
with my magicbox Customer Care

How Do I know that I am getting the lowest rate?
A. First, there is a written GUARANTEE. my magicbox was specifically
designed to search for the lowest available rate and it searches
hundereds of companies in seconds. Your rates are always
clearly displayed on your bill at the end of each month.

I have many telephpnes in my house...do they all need a
magicbox?
A. If you have one telephone line but many telephones, you
only need one magicbox for the entire home. You only need
more than one magicbox if you have 2 or more lines.

Can magicbox be used in my office ?
A. Yes. Magicbox can be used in any environment, home or
office.

Can I cancel service with my existing long distance company
?
A. Yes. If you pay a monthly fee to them then you will save
that much more. With my magicbox you do not need a long
distance company.

How will I be billed for the calls I make ?
A. Once a month you will receive a bill detailing all your
calls and your savings these changes will convieniently
be charged to your credit card.

What happens if I feel my magicbox did not find the lowest
rate ?
A. The lowest rate is part of our written rate guarantee
and we stand behind that! If you feel that you have not
received the lowest rate on your bill, simply call customer
care and they will investigate to see if thyere is a lower
rate available.

Is there a guarantee ?
A. Absolutely. If you are not satisfied with your magicbox
for ant reason return it for a full refund.

Can I give magic box as a gift ?
A. Yes you may purchase as many magic boxes as you wish.
They can be used by anyone you wish within the US and Canada.

How do I activate the box after I receive it ?
A. Once the box arrives simply call 1-866-790-1390 and speak
to a customer care representative to activate it.
